basic suspension question

Hello guys.
in the middle of installing coilovers on my 996, and while in there, refreshing the front suspension (as in replacing any component with bushing on it).
i need someone to refresh my memory.
i remember that i need to tighten to final torque when the vehicle is seating on its weight.
i know i need 4 for sure. cant remember if 7 and 11 as well.
thanks in advance.
Meir.

The most important is #4/5 but I had always torqued down the 7/11 with the suspension loaded as well just to be sure..

What Gilles said regarding 4/5.

If it gives you peace of mind, it won't do any harm to pre-load 7 & 11, but it won't help either. Given the nature of the joints and how they pivot, pre-loading makes absolutely no difference.

I left the front underbody liner off so my alignment guy could torque it on the rack.

I torque 4/5 and 11 with the suspension loaded, but not 7, since that is a ball joint and can freely articulate.

I'm guessing you meant 7 there, not 11. 7 is a ball joint too.

The Porsche manuals (at least the old eBay ones) and Bentley only say 4/5 but some aftermarket arms also say 11 so I have been doing both ...
