It doesn't seem bad. It has less than a quarter tank. Today I plan to:

change spark plugs
change oil
add 5 gallons of premium fuel
double check all vacuum lines before installing intake T

All of this still doesn't explain the fuel in the intake T, but I'll take my chances and will update.
