Interesting. I'm not sure I would want ANY airflow restriction on purpose. Given the crap that already gets in the rads, perhaps its a wash? I do try to clean mine a couple times a year. The more flow the better IMO.

Yeah, I'm not sure I would want a 30% reduction in air flow year round. Wouldn't that be close to eliminating the 3rd radiator Porsche added to the Boxster S? I DD my Boxster and clean the radiators once a year. The last cleaning I only had a few leaves and a cigarette butt. I don't think they were causing a 30% reduction in the air flow.

I installed mesh screens August 2017, and have noticed zero increase in operating temperature. At full operating temperature it's the same now as it was then.

Further, it mitigates damage to the radiators from debris.

Mine stays on.

What screen did you install. Do you have a link to it? Tell me all about installing it.
