p1128 p1130 & p0300

My new (replaced last winter) engine is running like ****************--you can hear detonations inside the forward cats and it stumbles and sounds terrible. I have p0300, random misfires; P1128 & 1130 which is a problem with oxygen content.

I've replaced the AOS, and the engine isnt blowing white clouds, but the CEL's haven't changed. I have an new Bosch MAF on the way, is that what my problem is? Pretty sure I don't have vacuum lines leaking, the right intake might be leaking tho--one of the bolts going into the top of the head is stripped. (sigh) I know I've got to fix it, probably will put new one in with blue loctite to restore some sort of threads. Or Tap a the hole for a larger fastener.

Have you tried to just unplug the MAFS and see what happens? Do you have a Durametric? Everything look good with your timing etc?

I haven't, I don't, I don't know. I'll try unplugging the MAF today. Thanks

Engine has new plugs and coils

My p1128 & 1130 were from bad seat for the hose that connects the AOS to the throttle body. After cleaning TB I reconnected that hose with bend 180 degrees from original so seating never took place. Turned it around and all good
