The Porsche dealer who did the PPI listed 1.5 hrs labor for the horn replacement. So, is the work to get to the horn a lot of the same tasks as getting to the radiators? Are we talking about removing the front bumper cover?

Also, how likely is it that the inop horn is just a wire or something else rather than the horn itself? Is there just one relay for both horns? Because if there is, it's not the relay because the other horn works.
