Looks good, ah how I wish I could afford some. I would get the red spyder ones because I also have a black car, and I think it would look more unique and cool.

You could consider doing a red or black tint? I've just tinted my fronts with a black making them a much darker orange- they look great on my black car. I will do the rear lights soon also.
Here's the stuff i purchased- $17 delivered!

I have before and after pictures of the front but I can't work out how to add the images yet

I have emailed the seller asking if they will ship to Australia? Hopefully they will! That's a great price for OEM! (especially here in Oz!)

If you are interested in things from that seller (Suncoast Motorsports), they have their stuff for sale straight-up from their website http://www.e-partssales.com . I've bought several things from them, some from their site, some from ebay, everything's been great.

Here's mine- before and after. As you can see, I just did the indicators and side lights. Rear lights will follow when I get a spare hour or so. The after photo is not great and they actually look better. I thought about making them darker still but am worried about blocking out too much light (though little light seems inhibited so far)
BEFORE
AFTER
As I said, a good result for just $17!

I might do that, but if I do, I will make mine darker and also do the rears. Thanks for the pics.

Yes, the rears will follow though I'm still undecided on if to tint the orange AND the red. With the fronts, I amazed how much light they still let through with one coat so another coat is not out of the question yet just to make them that much darker (i think the picture makes them look lighter than they actually are...maybe I'll test it on some glass first. The side lights removed easily as did the head-lamps so doing one coat, re-installing and then removing for another would be no major extra effort.

Just an FYI. Pelican Parts has the FACTORY smoked Boxster tailights available for $179.00 a pair. They only have one pair left as they had two and I just bought one. I'll post pics when they come in and I get them on the car. THe part number from them is PEL-CLR-Z056
