If, IMS failure was going to happen, it happened long ago and I've no record of that from past owners. There was an issue early on. An issue so severe that there was a class action lawsuit. But, most of them happened below 40,000 miles. If you drive a Porsche like a Volvo expect problems. __________________ 2001 Boxster S, Metallic Black, 6 Speed Manual, 3.2 liter engine.
