New to this forum, and enjoying it so far. Just purchased a 98 Boxster with 40k miles on it yesterday. I have a plate that reads GRMNFUN. I got it for my 2010 VW GTI, which I foolishly traded after three months for a 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI. The plate looks a little silly on the diesel wagon, but I'm thinking it'll do nicely on the back of my new Porsche...

To celebrate my Wife getting her Ph. D. we recently purchased a 2000 S and put "DOCNBOX" on her car. For my '98 base we just have a normal plate.

Former license plate.

Former licese plate, but not pictured; SPDSTR.
New license plate: FFEFEEF
Emplace a license plate cover thick enough to cover the bottom of the E's and boom boom.

I had two great ones in CA.
The first was:
PLA DRTE
Really liked that one on my truck.
the second was on a Corvette.
DZERVET
I know, kind of lame in retrospect.
Oregon is a bit more low-key, non pretentious and I am looking for something kind of humbling. Plus we only get six letters.
I am thinking of:
URO JNK
or
WT TRSH
????
