New choos for NOTA550 faux Fuchs

Got some new faux Fuchs for my 2000 Boxster S aka NOTA500. Put them on last night, got lots of thumbs up at the PCA LA breakfast today. Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires are a nice upgrade from the Michelin all-seaons that were on the car.

Yep, they look nice!
You might want to get black center caps?

I have not decided on the caps or lugs yet, OEM looks OK. Might try to find a chrome center.

Looks great!

And you'll love those Pilot Super Sports!

I vote (if we're voting?) for black center caps. Only because that is what the original Fuchs on my 911SC have.

Very nice. I've been looking at them myself and also in 18". How is the ride in comparison to stock 17"?

They look great. What brand are they? Where did you get them?

I ordered a set from Tirerack - not mounted yet as my car is still in storage for the winter (black S). Stark I believe is the brand. They are supposed to take a stock Porsche center cap and I was thinking black would probably look best.

I'll post pics in a couple/few weeks.

I've seen them on Tirerack. What is the quality like? What do they weigh?

I've always loved Fuchs wheels. They look great. Not a big fan of the silver center cap, though.

Shot at the Petersen Breakfast Club yesterday. My buddy's 997 with Sport Classic wheels parked next to my 986. Those wheels cost $5500!

Starke?

Just to be clear, BH2000S...are these in fact the Starke Design wheels sold by the Tire Rack, or another brand? Thanks!

26.35# and 29.25#. Michelin PiSS tires are 22#. Anyone know what a stock Boxster S 17" wheel/tire combo weights?

Very same rims my father has on his 911 SC. He has thr original Fuchs hanging up in the garage but these just make it look that bit meaner.

Very nice. I was going with these until I stumbled across my Rials. First time I see them in "real life", not a stock photo. Looks like Tire Rack got the fitment just right. I would love to see them on a lowered black 986 (like mine).

I have a black 2001 S lowered on H&R springs and will have the same wheels mounted in a couple weeks - the weather is finally getting nice in Western NY! I'll post pics as soon as I get the car out and the new wheels on!
