Perhaps you need to admit to yourself that you do not belong in Porsche land, (I am not judging, I believe everyone belongs there ), but based on your comments you seem so unhappy with Porsche. Why continue stressing yourself.

The rants are enjoyable the whining is not!

Well, given that I am a Porsche used car dealer and have driven or owned most current models, clearly, I "belong" in Porsche land. And posting data about Porsche quality is hardly whinning, it is simply acknowleding reality,

Do I have your permission to stay in Porsche land?

Porsche quality doesn't need any "cheap shots" to make folks question it. The engineers and bean coutners at Porsche have done that all by itself.

If you take data and feedback about the car you drive personally, that MAY say something about you, not me.

Don't shoot the messenger my friend. I have been through more Porsches than perhaps anyone on this board, so I know a bit about their fabled "quality" and how much is costs to own one of these bad boys.

As moderator and co-owner of the Board, I have to review every post. I can tell you that the greatest number of posts are about actual problems with the car or the fear of problems.

Happily, the other posts are about the joy of driving the car, which keeps us all coming back.

Imagine if it were reliable too?

Ah, to sleep, perchance to dream.

I said I feel everyone belongs I was asking you if you think you belong. And I do apologize as I was thinking "should ask yourself" and I typed "should admit"
I don't like Hondas, so I don't sell used Hondas, I don't start forums about Hondas cause it would cause me to always stress over what I don't like about them. That was my point.

Cheap shots weaken the real arguments and they are whining.

Where did I take it personally! I said you posted this just to create hype, full well knowing it was without merit. What is personal about that?

No, you know more about how much it costs to own many of these and fix many of these "used" ones.

And this was a post to add to that fear...my point exactly.

Happily, the other posts are about the joy of driving the car, which keeps us all coming back.

Smile

Basically, I would like to send the entire Porsche top management team to TQM school.

You know, the one that Toyota went to many years ago.

Nothing wong with BOTH!
