I concur. Plus it seems to eliminate trucks, trim levels (certain engines can be more reliable among individual models) and shared models (Land Cruiser=Lexus LX or Jag S-Type=Lincoln LS). Oh, along those lines and what I think also makes it the biggest pile of crap... not a single Acura?!? Must be a UK only study.
Oh yeah, and another thing... # of claims per car? Shouldn't
percentages be used? I mean, if they warrantied 1 Bugatti Veyron that only had 1 problem, wouldn't that put it at the top of the list?
