Gas cap lock update
Update, I replaced the locking mechanism to no avail, new one exhibited same failure. To review, will not lock, however if you manually extend the pin it will unlock.
With two straight pins and some wire I did a bench test. By putting power to one pin and then the other I was able to have it extend and retract.
Left to believe that the computer is braindead.
Any thoughts?
