Lightbulb Cigarette Lighter Mod

Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone has come up with a Mod to change the cigarette lighter into something more useful ? This is something I rarely use unless I am out stuck and need to make a fire (once) - it would be cool if someone had a good mod DIY for it.... thoughts?

Happy Halloween! :troll:

My radar detector plugs in there
or my cell phone charger as it seems to always need a recharge when I need it most.

I think it will also fit a shotgun shell or a roll of lifesavers although beware of the metallic wrapper

Perhaps a drink holder cooler/warmer using peltier modules.

I switched mine out for a dual USB phone charger. Works great. $8 on Amazon.

+1 on the USB ports. I got a double 2.4 amp adapter that sits flush in the socket for $10 on Amazon.

This is the Aukey I have. It's not exactly 'flush', but barely sticks out as much as the button for the top. Pics below.

This Archeer looks even smaller, but I haven't seen it in person.
