Best ever made? Maybe top 10 most important. There are just so many nice 911's that came along the way it would be tough to put in the top ten. I do think it's styling will prove timeless though. Beautiful styling.

IMO, They need to win a big race (cayman maybe) to give the boxster more street cred. Can you even race a convertible professionally? Probably Not going to happen but would do wonders for the name.

Yes, there have been several Boxster's in the Continental Tire series over the years.

With that being said, Porsche is downplaying the Boxster in racing in favor of the Cayman, e.g., GT-4 street car and the GT-4 Clubsport race car.
