Ho2S heater short to ground

Hello

Bought a OBD2 scanner and downloaded the torque app for android

Got a P117 error

Was directed to Volkswagon Powertrain Manufacturer Controlled DTC
Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S)heater short to ground
Bank 1 Sensor 2

I checked the vacuum and it was steady between 18.6 and 20.6 when I revved it.

Can anyone tell me if this is actually an O2 sensor or a vacuum leak?

Also what side would this be on?

I found all 4 O2 Sensors on my 2001 Boxster

1 is on the manifold 1 is located along exhaust pipe

Thanks

Mike
