UPDATe: Goofball repair guy (me)

The horn repair failed, the the bushings on the bracket were too far gone to be repaired by the 0-rings. Will have to get a new bracket.

Turns out the guy that pulled the fuses (yours truly) pulled C4 (fuel pump) along with B3 (horn)
Replaced C4 and it fired right up.

Unfortunately I started it with the airbag not connected and likely have a airbag idiot light now permanently lit.

Sheesh.

Any source for bracket? Going for about $95 online.
