Hello! and what else should be done when changing variocam pads?

I just bought my first Boxster after years of messing with a 944 turbo. It is going to be a dedicated track-day car, only driven on the street to the track and back (8 hours each direction ). I will probably be asking a few questions at first, but I will try to contribute onece I'm up to it.

The car is a bit rough, and needs some attention, especially the cam convergence is out of tolerance. I'll have the car flatbedded to me and will change the IMS, install a deep sump and change the chain pads before I drive it.

Is there anything else I should do while I'm in there? Should I order any tensioners, seals, o-rings or other chain guides? I've been looking at the PET, but I'm new to this engine, so I would appreciate any tips from those in the know.

Also, where can I find the Workshop manual? It has been invaluable when working on the 951.
