Solid Wind Deflector for 2016 Boxster

I just got a 2016 Boxster and the center "wind deflector" is a screen like mesh which does little to block the wind blow back. I have an older Boxster with a sold plexiglass wind deflector which works perfectly. I called Porsche and they do not make a solid replacement for the 2016 screen deflector.
Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with getting a sold replacement for the 2016 mesh deflector.
thanks a million.

I think Pedro sells one on his site, and suncoast may have some as well.

Why do they change things that don't need to be changing? Mesh wind screen? Single row bearing?

Ebay. Seen quite a few. Sell yours and buy another. Probably come out the same or even make a bit.

Has anyone used either of these wind deflectors and if so how did they work? Any problems? Recommendations?

We don't have many 981 owners on this forum, so it may be difficult to get testimonials. Since you're new to the forum (Welcome!), Pedro is a respected contributor to this forum so he would not peddle junk. Suncoast is a Porsche dealership that many forum members use for parts purchases because they offer better prices than many local dealerships, plus they are always good for advice or part #s. You would not go wrong purchasing from either vendor.

Thanks for the input. I ordered the wind deflector from one of the recommended vendors.
Can anyone tell me a site for 981 owners which is as good as this forum. I find many online but they seem disjointed. Thanks again
