Just wondering if the doors are the same. Thinking about looking for RS type door panels.

Door panel (or door card) fitment is the same. Go for it.

99-01 996 & Boxster are virtually identical from the doors forward.

OE engine rebuilt,3.6 litre LN Engineering billet sleeves,triple row IMSB,LN rods. Deep sump oil pan with DT40 oil.

I think the window glass might be different, but otherwise I think.they are identical.

Ahhh.... and the 1997s don't have door air bags.
