My Boxster is Horny!!
I noticed that her button was getting very sensitive.
If you barely touched it, she would honk.
It has gotten worse.
Sometimes under hard shifting she honks.
Now under hard breaking she honks, actually one long honk.
It is embarrassing stopping quickly at red lights and stop signs.
Sometimes when I make a quick turn into restaurants or gas stations she’ll honk,
and I’ll just smile and wave like I know the people looking at me.
On a hot day last week, she was honking really bad,
so I took some paper and wedged it under the steering wheel to make it stop.
It worked as a quick fix, and I was happy and no longer embarrassed.
So I went into work, I get a call, don’t you drive the black Porsche, well it’s making funny noises. I went out and it sounds like she is sick, more like moans non stop.
I take the wedge out and it stopped. (If you pull on your horn it also honks.)
Looks like I’ll stay embarrassed until I get a chance to fix her.
