Side Rocker panel install

Hello,i managed to get some Techart side skirts for my 03. They are being painting to match car. Question. When you do maintance like change the spark plugs/water pump and other things in that lower under neith part of the engine. U have to take off the OEM gaurd and then the inner plastic fender guard to make things easier to work around in there no? If i put the rocker panels on will that not restrict me from taking that inner guard off? as in i would have to peel the rocker panel off again from the 3m tape? is there a way to work around this? or does it matter? thanks.

I guess asking. Does anyone have side rocker panel skirts on the car and has ever had a problem taken out that rear inner wheel plastic cover and putting it back in when time to do spark plugs or some work in that rear area without removing the side body rocker panel other then removing the screws ?
