I'm assuming you correctly replaced the rubber gasket on the housing? If it's coming from the drain plug, it's either a bad plug or its not correctly torqued. If you have the magnetic drain plug and you used the same torque as the factory plug, you destroyed your plug.

Just fyi, the factory drain plug will run you about 6 bucks and if you're ordering one get about 10 crush washers. No reason not to replace that every time.
