2 Thumbs up for our sponsor Epiq
I'm a new member and just recently acquired a 2001 Boxster S (3 weeks ago). Last weekend there was a local get together and drive that I wanted to attend. Besides adding wheels to the vehicle, I wanted to get the strut tower braces as I have read many places that those are the one of the easiest and best upgrades to start with. I was the only Boxster in the sea of 996s and 997s.
So the Monday before the event, I decided to email Todd at Epiq and see if there was any chance of getting the parts by Friday. Keep in mind the event was on Saturday. Within 8 minutes of sending the email I got a response. WOW. Usually I wait at least a day or so before anyone responds to inquires like that. Todd did not have them in stock, but could have them drop shipped from the distributor/manufacturer (not sure which one is was) in Florida. Since it was late in the day on Monday, and we are on the west coast, the order could not be placed until Tuesday. Tuesday came and a received my tracking number from Todd and the parts were sent 3-day and I received them in time for my event on Saturday.
It seems like I see a lot of negative comments on things that go wrong with companies, but not many positive things. I just wanted to show some appreciation for some great customer service.
I will definitely be ordering from Epiq again.
Thanks,
David

Good to hear, word of mouth can make or break a business when the community is as small as ours.

David - many thanks for your great 'review'. Blue, you are precisely correct, and for that reason I wonder why any company out there doesn't bend over backwards for every customer.
Remember, if you guys/gals (we do have some ladies here, don't we?) don't see something that should be there on the site, let us know as we really WANT to add it.

Beautiful car... I love the body-color matching rims.

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.
