Hello Bart,
With that much mileage and not knowing the history or maintenance record, I would be very careful. Definitely a PPI by a reputable shop familiar with the 986 is a must.

That asking price is a bit on the high side considering the mileage alone. You can always use that as a bargaining tool if you really like the car. Then be prepared to put aside a fund for needed repairs.
Take your time and get familiar with the Car by looking at several.
