Changed out MAF, throttle body, Idle air control valve, plugs and coils and this is the result (see attached cut and paste please)

I've looked for hoses that might have come loose when changing out the throttle body, all appear to be tight. Only saw a film of oil on the intakes to the throttle body. I can hear a loud sucking (HISSSSS) sound for the few seconds the car does run. Is this a possible O2 sensor issue? How do I check to see if the sensors are still good? Any assistance would be appreciated.
