Okay, thanks guys.
I'll start to delay my oil changes, 7500-10k, or every year. Whichever comes first.

I'm not a big Fan of the Short-term vs Long-term Ownership arguments because I don't believe anyone should intentionally abuse or neglect machinery and then pass it on to some unsuspecting Sod down the line. You never know if this type of neglect will rear up to bite you before you have the chance to unload it. Proper, Timely, Maintenance is part of the deal.

Using the Change Interval described above strikes a good balance between economy and good Custodianship. Hope this helps...
