I hose off my top when I wash my car. Let it dry. Spray 303 Aerospace Protectant on it. That's it....and it still looks brand new being the original 15 year old top!

+1 on the 303 Aerospace stuff. I use the 303 Fabric cleaner once a year with a soft brush then let it dry for 48hrs and then apply the 303 Fabric Guard. Top looks like new and repels water as good as the paint does. Great product!
Up here I get it at 'Northern Performance' in Burlington, ON... I'm sure many RV or truck accessories stores carry it as their products come highly recommended for Boats, RV's, Truck covers etc.

Absolutely used 303. Don't use a harsh stiff brush however, it just causes wear and tear, just get a decent soft brush. Mine looks like new, then again it has always been garaged and when on trips it is always covered at night.
