clean the old lugs with a wire wheel, apply a coat of spray paint to the caps and them apply a dab of grease to the threads of the bolts. quick easy fix for all of your problems. at 85ft/lbs of torque the will not come loose unless you take them off! there is no need to purchase a new set, they will only corrode like the old ones. by the way, the paint will come off after a while. all you need to do is simply repeat the process above. the can of spray paint will last longer than the car will. to me a $5.00 solution to replacing the lugs which will generally run about 10x more. just my $0.02
