On my last commute into NYC from NJ, at one point I had a 991(white) in front of me. A Panamera (black) in front of him. And a Macan (white) behind me.

The Macan is going to push Porsche over the 200K car mark for the first time in its history.
And the used car market is up to its eyeballs in water-cooled Porsches. $15K-$30K Carreras, Cayman/Boxsters and Cayennes as far as the eye can see.

On average, I usually see on every time I'm out -- some days, none, but other days, two or three or four. And if I want to see one every day, there's a guy around the corner with a '80s 911 Targa leaking oil all over his driveway.

There is a huge amount of vw bus/beetle people in the blue ridge. Those that have the money have air cooled porsches as well. If you head up near the mountains you see more air cooled cars and Karman ghias than you do watercooled.

They used to say that more Porsches were sold annually in California than the rest of the world put together. Not sure if this still applies but there are plenty to choose from here!

Strange, I see at least a half-dozen every day driving around the OKC Metro area. Not always the same ones either. A good mix of Boxsters, Caymans, and 911s, old and new.
And there are of course the Cayennes and Panameras but I'm not counting them in this instance.
