What do all these numbers mean?

This is stuck inside the Maintenance Manual for the 2000 base I recently bought. Just curious what all the series of numbers mean...

The first and second row starting with WP is your vin, third row I believe is manufacture date, fourth row I believe is rim and tire designation and the rest indicate the options on the car. Used to have a sheet that told you what the codes translate to but can't find it. You can probably Google it and locate one.
I'm not rock solid on the third and fourth rows.

OK, thanks very much. I have a separate list of all the various options that were on the car, so all is good. I'm searching through all the various documents looking for that slip of paper/ticket or whatever it is that I've read about on here that will supposedly help me get a second unprogrammed key that came with the car when it was new, programmed. No joy so far. If anyone here has one of those, could you post it so I know what I'm looking for?

3rd row shows what engine & transmission were installed in the car.

In the VIN, the 6th digit from the end indicates where the car was built--S for Stuttgart or U for Finland. Built to order cars came from Germany.

Thanks guys. So what about that tag I need to get the spare key programmed properly? What does it look like?
