Anyone want to fix my Boxster?

Hello, forum newbie here.

I own a 2002 Boxster. Water pump went out and I fear there is probably head damage.
I'm looking for someone in the socal/LA area to help me get her back on the road.

If by "went out" ,you mean the impeller blades disintegrated, the critical task is to retrieve all the missing pieces. These pieces may have gone beyond the cylinder head cooling circuit.
If that is the case the engine needs more than just a head job.If you miss this the consequences may be dire.
If the pump is intact ,it is just(?) a head job.
There are lots of Indies who do this work in L.A. but you need to find a competent one! Ask here

As Topless said, LA is a big place. Where are you located and we can probably recommend a great shop within easy driving distance.

Thank you for all the quick responses.

I'm located in Lancaster, so I'm actually about an hour north of LA proper.
