BruceH, unfortunately I have the unlimited data plan with AT&T and they don't let you use the hot spot feature unless you switch to a limited data plan. I don't want to leave my unlimited data plan yet.

I have done the install. I have a 4000NEX receiver with CarPlay and App radio. I never use AppRadio and use CarPlay a lot.
