Have a look at BC Forged Wheels USA - Wheels
Made-to-order wheels. You order your wheels in any size you need. They will do custom PCD, offset, color, one or two piece wheel, all depending on your requirement. BC Racing's wheels are manufactured in Taiwan - turnover is 30~45days and at no extra cost mate. GREAT bloody wheels for cheap is what it is.
If you are serious about giving your boxster a perfect set of wheels, look for a similar wheel manufacturers and get them done to your liking - doesn't have to be BC but I have to say, these BC guys is the one everybody goes with these days (recently, in Asia anyway). ADV in Japan also does that, few other manufacturers also offer made-to-order.... you just need to get in touch with them.
I'd say $3000 for a full set of custom-made wheels is pretty reasonable, and amazingly good! ADVs are double that price (min) but then... what's not double in Japan lately :/
Get done with it, been reading your wheel threads since last year lol Go Go Custom!

Or maybe the Zehn in matte black (I had to go with a 987 to get the image):
...ok, that was the last post.

Did you bargain a tad?!
Knowing your taste by now, I'm guessing you selected the sexiest & lightest model wheel they have lol. Offer them $4k cash, shipped, and I'm sure they'll break to that.
$3k is about what we get those for here (smuggled into China from HK I'm sure lol). Add your USA based dealer's shipping cost/import tax + his cut to that and you are looking at about a 4K deal from the state side. Reasonable deal I'd say
Bear in mind, you'll have some of the best looking and lightest wheels around for little money and also "you can resell those". Forged 6061AL wheels don't loose much value compared to an ebay cast wheel that has no resale value whatsoever. I often get pretty generous offers from other pcars guys around here for mines... wheels for sport cars are like shoes for women, GOT to shine lol
