Same in San Diego. They were $23 a couple of months ago there.

We must be lucky here in Australia - Mobil 1 costs only $US98 for a 5 litre jug.
What a steal - I often wonder where the extra cash goes.....

Yeah, as much as I despise Wal-Mart, I go there for oil. Just got my winter jugs for 22 a piece. Castrol was cheaper this time. When I pull it out of hibernation im planning on investing in motul.

The Porsche dealer had a "special" on last June - an annual service (oil/filter/general inspections) for the princely sum of $695-00 ($US625-00) + 10% tax. If you used your own oil, you saved +/-$US245=00 !!

Mind you, you did get a free umbrella thrown in.......seriously !!

The prices of Porsches in Australia are also much higher than the US since the government tacks on huge luxury taxes on expensive cars.

Paul. that's the same OPC offering the "special" earlier this year....
The government luxury tax has been lowered significantly since 2005, but the actual price from Porsche has not dropped in sympathy !!
I'm also a member of the Porsche Club of Qld too.
