Why don't you want to go with the proper Porsche transmission?

audi/vw boxes are the same but without P tax
you can get one for 3-400$ compare to porsche 1500-2000$
there is little difference in gearing tho

ZF 5HP19 FL applications from the parts catalog:



Looking further in the catalog, it looks like the gear ratio is the same for all of them (Top of page 6). True? I don't know.
