My first PCA DE day! LOTS of cool car pics!
Well, if you've seen one GT, you want to see & hear every one of them!
We (my son and I) worked grid all day (volunteer), and had a blast lining the cars up in their rows we set up. Many thanks were thrown out, and appreciated. I will be in the next DE instructor's class to get this started so I can be out there.
Two 986S, one base 986. He suffered on the straightaway. Few Corvettes, BMW, nice Jag.
One guy said to bolt some racing slicks on the Box and watch that thing sing on track day!!

Thats what I was thinking. Some of those cars are NOTdaily drivers.  They are probably putting down some serious times on the track I'm sure. Nice pics!!

How insanely cool is it to do grid and set them in their spots on the rows. Tomorrow is a race day and more are supposed to be out there.
That red & white Cayman 987 is a woman driver. She's fast. Has slicks.
Most of those GT3 are ordered direct from Porsche as a non street legal racer with removable steering wheel and roll cage. About $150k I'm told.

Yes indeed. 4.5 miles. The Bud Light car went over the end of the straight away with standing water on the track.
