BTfd2e93 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2013 Posts: 140	disparate activation of the alarm hey folks, i have a 01 986 base .... and ive noticed recently, the alarm goes off (when the car is parked/engine off) ..... disparately. There doesnt seem to be a fixed interval ... but it would sometimes just activate. Im thinking maybe the battery is getting old & weak? Although the car starts perfectly fine. weird. any thoughts much appreciated.
