2016 Facelift for Porsche

I read somewhere that Porsche will refresh the look of their vehicles in 2016. So what will this do to the 2012-2015 models as far as increased depreciation?

I'd love to buy a 991S (2012 or 2013) in 2017 and to hit my savings target, I need some input on how much additional depreciation I can expect.

Thoughts from previous facelifts would be appreciated!

it won't affect depreciation much. The fact that the 991/981 has been a big hit will do that all by itself.
When it comes to German luxury cars, the more popular a model is the worse it will fare out of warranty. Perhaps if these cars didn't require specialized labor and expensive parts it would be another matter. Supply and demmand are merciless.
OTOH, if like the final years of the air-cooled Carreras, Porsche had a hell of a time selling 991/981's, thereby reducing long term supply drastically, then maybe these newest Pcars might still be expensive once they've been 5,6,7 years out of warranty. But good luck with those DIY oil changes.

Here are some spy shots of the 2017 Boxster. I imagine that the 991 changes will be about the same (very small). I wouldn't expect any change in depreciation for either car.
