Need help with part number
Hi All,
I was checking rear suspension on my 2001 986 S (77k miles on it) to track a noise that comes when driving on uneven pavement or road cracks, and couldn't see anything wrong, other than the clip that holds hand brake tube to chassis was broken on drivers side.I guess it my hit the control arm and make some noise, there is a tight gap (less than a 1") between control arm and tube. After looking on a catalog I couldn't find any part number for that clip, the diagram from catalog shows the clip but it missing the part number. Anybody ever changed this clip before?
Thanks.
ArmenT.

Call your local dealer, SunCoast, or Auto Atlanta, any of those places should be able to find it for you.

Spinnaker, thanks a lot, just notice that I have to look careful in a catalog,on a last page of that section there is 2 parts associated with a -(dash) retaining strap and blind rivet, I gonna order both, hope I can use regular rivet tool.
Thanks.
