New 986forum member

Hi guys (and ladies !)
just a quick word to congratulate this site and users
it's full of inputs & experiences for a new forum member, and also brand new Boxster owner...
just a quick introduction: my name is Yann, 29 y.o., from Nantes in France. and for a week now, I'm the (proud) owner of a 97' 986 Boxster, which is a big fun. I formerly owned 2 ALFA ROMEOs, which were also very nice, but I can not compare to the new one...
thanks again for the future help that I may require !!
Yann

Hey,

I love French Wines almost exclusively. Plus I lived in France as a child - Evian les Bains, wonderful place and great people (except maybe the Parisians – France’s equivalent of Manhattanites)… Allons enfants de la Patrie Le jour de gloire est arrive…

Circuler en voiture Heureux!... Jim'99

"The Route Napoleon in the south of France...taking the autoroutes to get there via Calais, Reims, Dijon, Lyon and Valence. At Orange head east towards the marvellous Mont Ventoux to Sisteron where you can pick up your first section of the N85 or Route Napoleon. South of Digne-Les Bains is where it starts to get really good. Continue through Castellane and onto Grasse and then why not treat yourself to a couple of nights in Monaco or if you prefer something more rustic why not try Sospel" Richard Meaden-EVO

Seriously, I tasted some great californian wines (from Napa valley as far as I can remember).

thanks for welcoming me.
photos and details will follow shortly (I was unable to take nice pics up to now due to rainy weather for weeks now in my area...)

Hi Jim!

watch it I was born in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, and as for the Napoleon route i use to ski on the Mont Ventoux !!

not surprise it is pissing rain in Nantes (Brittany for those who do not know where it is) as the weather here is not much better, still we were able to cut a few trees around the house last week-end and wash and polish my poor dirty Boxster.

see ya!
