PIWIS 2 Anyone purchased from China??

A good friend of mine bought a PWIS2 in China. The key words are "bought IN China", meaning that he travelled there and personally saw what he was buying and then (and only then) paid for it. Even then, he made the seller come to the lobby of his hotel and then walk out in public to demo it on a Porsche that he had arranged for the test.
