It will be for occasional use as well. Yes, that appears to be the one in the Harbor Freight add that I have.

I have the same one, used it a dozen or so times since I got it last year.
The light weight is really nice when you have to lift it.
Received a coupon to get it for 59.99, so i may get another one. Some projects are just easier with two jack stands.
It's a little touchy on the release, sometimes drops real fast, takes getting used too.
