If there are no leaks it's Either it's burping as you drive it , of your cap or pressure valve need replacing .
Even after a vacuum fill there may be air trapped in there .
Park it ass-up on a driveway if you can , and run it for a while .
Air rises so the cap needs to be the highest point in the system ...
