Big Jake I feel sorry for you with your accident. I had a minor incident/accident about five years ago with my small Nissan suv. I hardly could contain my anger at the guy that sideswiped me . It was only a $1 k damage but I started getting p-ssy with the offender and giving him deadlines for remedy. Then I calmed down and let my insurance co. handle it. It really upset me for about a week, time consumed, running around getting claim quotes etc. Yours is way worse than mine was.
In addition I would try and stay calm and know your rights. Fortunately you are not hurt? And I trust you will get another car out of it?
