LOL

Over a decade and I might have 20 pictures total. I usually delete anything that I don't think was perfectly snapped.

I've also never put a picture of the car on any social media.

I can honestly (and with bowed head) say I have never taken a picture of my car, other than parts during repairs. I do have a couple that were taken during a DE event. Turn 6 at Homestead, hard on the gas.

I worked my butt off for a year and saved to buy myself a car.

35 years old and this is the first nice car I've ever owned. Paid $10,000 cash on the spot.
Can I not take pride in that?

Below is a picture of my DD that I've driven for almost a decade (1998 Dodge Neon). She's not much to look at, but I love her, too.

I worked very hard for the things that I own and I own everything that I have. No payments, no loans and I am very proud of that. I will continue to take tons of pictures and post tons of pictures

Haha! My brother did an accidental wheelie on it the other day...crazy torque!

The officer across the way only works a couple days per week, so the patrol unit is almost always there and yes, great security as just the sight of it is an excellent deterrent!

Sure, you can be proud of it and take/post as many pictures as you like. I'm not saying others should do as I do, I just feel awkward doing it. You do make a good point about working hard for it. Someone saw my car and said "you're so lucky to have a car like that." I said "it's not luck, it's hard work."

+1

Not just the car, but the mods, too

I DIY everything and have put more hours than I can count into making my 986 unique...proud of that, too.

I actually started this thread because someone said that they only had 1 picture, but can't remember who.
