Your cup holder may be different than mine but the final straw for me on the ones in my car is it would get real ugly in an accident. Having hot coffee down low like with the ultimate cup holders just makes sense to me.

Sometimes it gets in the way of the HVAC controls (above radio) but I can't say I've ever had a dripping issue outside of condensation. Generally I drink my soda too fast to be an issue. Also, have a GT3 console bin delete.
