Although almost all of the businesses in Breaking Bad are real, that one doesn't seem to be. Everyone I talk to remembers a "El Pollo Loco", but not "Pollos Locos". Thry probably just changed the sign on some place, but since I didn't watch the show, I couldn't make a guess about what it really is.
