Now's the time to buy the Turbo and sell the Boxster in the spring. TRY selling the Boxster yourself for a few months - that could save you $2-5000. Your car is an extra nice example of the breed- you have to market as such and wait until someone falls in love with it. It won't take long during spring. Sell the hardtop separate and, if you do take it to a dealer, install base wheels (if you can find a cheap set to reinstall)as they won't give you more for any extras. Trading in will cost you the most but it is definitely easiest.
