Google "wheel dolly". There are two types as described below:

Mechanical Wheel Dolly - 1250 Lb. Capacity

Vehicle Dollies - 2 Piece, 1500 Lb. Capacity

Both of those appear to be the type that requires the tires to be on the vehicle. I'm looking for the type that would bolt or clamp onto the frame or somewhere else that would not require the tires to be on the vehicle.

These are portable but not mobile. You really want to pick up 3,000 lbs and then try to move it on an unstable lift? Good luck.
