I was hoping to be able to just plug some stand-alone components together, but I have an amigo who builds helicopters that use all this stuff (his primary unit is actually called 'ardi') so i'll see what he can put together for me. would still have to work with the harry app to talk to the plx device, so will have to talk to those vendors as well ...

Once your design and product is out, get a web server on one of those superfast SoCal backbone and built a website (e.g. follow me fast DOT com). On the wart, add a "Click to Upload LIVE feed" button on the façade. The Wifi Cam feeds can easily be uploaded online on that same web server (by FTP protocol) using the iPhone data network.
